Your tasks

• Contribute as a business engineer in EPICS as your main task, as well as additionally leading a team of business engineers in Billing & Payments.
• Developing and evaluating sets of solutions
• Preparing analyses and developing solutions, as well as presenting them to specialist and management committees

Your profile

• University degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field, ideally with further training in project or portfolio management
• Experience in business engineering in an agile environment (SAFe) and ideally certification in business engineering
• Experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams
• Leadership qualities and the ability to promote an open and innovative team culture
• Familiarity with cross-departmental collaboration and complex stakeholder management
• Analytical, strategic and networked thinking
• Strong communication skills in German
