Tasks

The Portfolio & Solution Delivery Sales Platform division is responsible for portfolio management and the implementation and operation of sales applications. As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Engineer, you will support interaction between sales staff and our customers via digital channels and applications. Your tasks will include:

• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with product managers and product owners
• Testing stories and features
• Creating user documentation and sharing responsibility for our releases
• Planning work for the next PI (Product Increment) with the Product Owner and as part of the Agile Team

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for a person with:

• Completed degree (university or university of applied sciences), e.g., in business informatics, computer science, banking & finance
• At least 5 years of experience as a business engineer or in similar roles, ideally in the CRM sector in banking, with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product or with MS Dynamics Going Cloud projects.
• Sound methodological skills in the field of business analysis, high IT affinity, and experience in agile projects (SAFe)
• Open-minded/team player with a positive attitude and structured approach to work
• Critical mind, a winning manner with assertiveness
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in German
