Business Engineer Private Client Management (m/f/d, 80-100 %)

Tasks

• You analyze problems and processes in the big picture, end-to-end across departments.
• You design and innovate solutions using technology, process design, lean methods, training or whatever else is needed.
• You create the solutions "compliant by design" and always with a customer focus.
• You define the process, specify the requirements and formulate user stories.
• You prioritize according to value and not volume - and do not implement features without customer benefit.
• You work on projects or lead your own initiatives.
• Whether regulatory requirements or innovation: you never lose sight of what counts: Measurable impact instead of simply output.

Requirements

• Hands-on: Enjoy content-related work as a business engineer. Refinement, user stories, testing, rollout are your thing.
• Several years of experience in business engineering in the area of private clients / asset management (5-10 years).
• Technical understanding of CRM/front-end systems through experience at the interface between business and IT (e.g. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud).
• Creative drive: You don't just want to execute, you want to take responsibility and have already successfully demonstrated this.
• Structured thinking and creativity at the same time: you recognize patterns, but also think in new ways.
• University degree in business informatics, banking & finance or related fields.
