Tasks

• Organization, coordination, and implementation of workshops with relevant stakeholders
• Close collaboration with other business engineers, product management, subject matter experts, IT architects, and developers

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, banking and finance, business informatics, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in business engineering, preferably with a financial services provider
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly in finance and related value flows
• Basic knowledge of system architecture, interface design, and analysis and optimization of data flows
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum), experience as a product owner is an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high level of IT affinity
• Open-minded/team player with a high degree of independence, strong communication skills, and commitment
• Very good oral and written expression in German
