Business Engineer & Product Owner Sales Platform Consulting Processes (m/f/d)

Tasks

The Portfolio & Solution Delivery Sales Platform division is responsible for portfolio management and the implementation and operation of sales applications. We support interaction between sales staff and customers via digital channels and applications. The DevOps team "Unicorn Crew" accompanies the continuous development of our BBV Touch consulting tools. We are looking for a sales representative to join this dedicated team. The tasks include:

• Representation of the agile team in business IT
• Early placement of new features and stories in other implementation channels
• Developing the content of the features in collaboration with the product manager and the agile team
• Responsibility for compliance with the Definition of Ready (DoR) and compliance with the Definition of Done (DoD) at both feature and story level
• Close collaboration with other POs, business engineers, UX experts, subject matter experts, developers, IT architecture, and product management
• Creation of the feature detail concept and specification with all necessary documentation

Requirements

The desired profile includes:

• University or technical college degree in computer science, business informatics, or a similar field
• At least 5 years of experience as a product owner/business engineer, ideally in banking
• Experience in agile projects and certification in business engineering (e.g., SAFE)
• Strong technical understanding, analytical and conceptual skills with a high affinity for IT
• Enjoyment of coordination and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful times when challenges arise
• Dynamic, conscientious, and inclusive personality with a hands-on approach who values quality and has a quick grasp of new concepts.
• Open-minded, empathetic, and team-oriented personality
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in German
