Tasks

• As an experienced business engineer in the area of operational risk, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the technical requirements in our strategic projects.
• In your role, you will accompany the implementation of projects from the idea to realization and ensure documentation. You will also have the opportunity to take on the technical management of sub-projects.
• You work closely with internal and external partners, IT and project staff and represent the concerns of Operational Risk Management.
• You work on the further development of the Operational Risk Management Framework.
• You analyze new regulatory requirements and operationalize them in collaboration with specialists from various specialist units.

Requirements

• Business and/or technical education at (technical) university level
• Several years of professional experience as a business engineer / analyst with a focus on risk management and compliance issues in the financial industry
• Methodological expertise in business analysis and requirements engineering
• Project experience in an agile environment and knowledge of regulations relating to OpRisk management
• Experience in the implementation of GRC systems is an advantage
• Strong communication skills as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• A strong, resilient and independent personality who likes to take the initiative
• Very good knowledge of German and English
