Business Lead AI ART 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Balance between short-term successes and long-term capacity building within the AI-ART portfolio
• Roadmap and Portfolio Leadership: Taking ownership of the AI-ART roadmap, including prioritization, sequencing, and dependency management among initiatives
• Aligning roadmap priorities with business sponsors, CVS, product management, architecture, risk, and delivery
• Ensuring consistency between AI use cases, platforms, data foundations, and operating models
• Establishment and governance of financial frameworks (CIB, CVA, RIB), including transparency, cost control, and value optimization
• Chairing the AI-ART and ensuring effective governance, regularity, and decision-making
• Approval of milestones, critical decisions, and final products in accordance with quality, risk, and compliance standards
• Leadership, Direction, and Collaboration: A Strategic Partner for Product Managers, Product Owners, and the Delivery Team
• Establishing strong leadership orientation within ART and across stakeholder groups
• Promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in project management, or IT management) is highly desirable.
• At least 5 years of experience in agile roles, including at least 3 years as an ART Lead, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or in an equivalent Scaled Agile role, with a proven track record of successful delivery
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
