Business Manager - CRO (Full-Time)

Job description

The CRO (Chief Risk Office) is looking for a Business Manager to support the team in its day-to-day work.

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Manage daily tasks and requests from the CCO, Head of NFRC, and Head of M&TRC in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist the CCO, Head of NFRC, and Head of M&TRC in preparing materials for internal bodies, such as the Executive Board, Board of Directors, and other committees
• Supporting cross-functional projects across Credit, NFRC, and M&TRC, in close collaboration with leadership teams and senior stakeholders
• Preparing high-quality content for the CCO, Head of NFRC, and Head of M&TRC, including internal and external presentations, briefings, and specialized research topics, supported by relevant data and insights
• Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to gather information and present data in a clear and concise visual format, as well as developing talking points to reinforce key messages
• Supporting the CCO, Head of NFRC, and Head of M&TRC in budgeting and forecasting their run-the-bank budget, including ad hoc analyses related to cost management and workforce planning

Requirements

The ideal candidates should:

• Hold a university degree or other advanced degree, preferably in business administration or banking and finance
• Have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work under pressure and respond positively to change
• Have excellent communication skills; fluent in English and German
