Business Manager - CRO (Full-Time)

Job description

Your challenge

• Manage the daily tasks and requests of the CCO, Head of NFRC, and Head of M&TRC in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist the CCO, Head of NFRC, and Head of M&TRC in preparing materials for submission to internal government bodies, such as the Executive Board, Board of Directors, and other committees
• Support planned collaboration between Credit, NFRC, and M&TRC by working closely with leadership teams and senior stakeholders. Drive projects forward independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Create high-quality content for the CCO, Head of NFRC, and Head of M&TRC, including internal and external presentations, briefings, and specialized research topics, supported by relevant data and insights
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to gather information and present data in a clear and concise visual format, while also drafting speeches to reinforce key messages
• Support the CCO, Head of NFRC, and Head of M&TRC in budgeting and forecasting their run-the-bank budget, including ad hoc analyses related to cost management and workforce planning

Your profile

• A university degree or other advanced education, preferably in business administration or banking and finance
• 2–4 years of experience as a financial generalist in the financial industry
• Professional user of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and German
