Business Manager Funds II (m/f/d)

Your challenge

• Full-time support and assistance for existing asset managers and fund management companies and their service and support units
• Coordinated cooperation with internal specialist departments to provide our customers with an efficient and comprehensive range of services
• Independent limitation and processing of orders (securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and subscription rights)
• Careful adherence to compliance requirements
• Participation in and organization of customer events and attendance at external specialist events
• Independent preparation and follow-up of customer meetings
• Collaboration and/or management of cross-divisional specialist projects
• Deputy team leader

Your profile

• Further education (e.g. business administration, law)
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the fund business or with institutional clients, an advantage
• Good knowledge of the regulatory framework in fund and company law
• Stylish German and good English skills
• Analytical and systematic thinking with the ability to grasp complex interrelationships and derive relevant conclusions for customers
• Very good user skills in MS Office, ideally experience in SAP and certification are an advantage
• Motivated, reliable and a team player with a high level of initiative
• High customer orientation and service orientation, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Trustworthy and conscientious personality with a confident demeanor and excellent communication skills
