Business Manager, COO of IB Unified Global Markets Distribution

Your role

We’re looking for an independent, analytical, and forward-thinking self-starter who can work autonomously to join our Zurich-based UGM COO distribution team and support UGM EMEA distribution.

Key aspects of the role

The main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Drive daily COO-BAU activities: business analytics, MI reporting, problem-solving, management support
• Assistance in creating high-quality materials such as presentations and various MI documents for senior management

Your team

The UGM-COO Distribution Team is a focused, goal-oriented distribution team that covers aspects of strategy, digitalization, and comprehensive understanding, and often collaborates with partners and platforms.

Your expertise

• At least 4 years of relevant industry experience (sales, business management, COO, and/or consulting experience)
• At least a bachelor's degree in finance or business administration
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, drive the work/agreement forward, and, with limited supervision, deliver preliminary results/analyses for further evaluation
• Skilled at effectively synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into a presentable format for submission to senior management
• A collaborative approach that requires a high degree of independence, initiative, and the ability to work in a dynamic manner
• Excellent MS Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Analytical and user-friendly with complex data analysis
• Ability to identify, articulate, and escalate an affinity for and interest in technology and AI
• Understanding of Banks/Financial Services
