Business Manager - IT Organization 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Coordinating the collection, reporting, validation, and organization of data from multiple sources to support IT planning, forecasting, and decision-making
• Maintenance and regular updating of central planning trackers, including headcount, budget, and resource allocation models
• Conducting routine data quality checks, identifying inconsistencies, and coordinating corrective actions with the relevant parties
• Preparing summaries and analyses for executive discussions, board briefings, and steering committees
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal workflows, governance practices, and reporting models
• Tracking progress against action plans resulting from leadership decisions or organizational changes; ensuring accountability and follow-up
• Support for the standardization and documentation of key IT processes and policies to enhance operational consistency and compliance
• Support in creating and consolidating high-quality presentations and reports for IT-related meetings, town halls, and governance forums
• Supporting the management of internal communication campaigns, ensuring a consistent message across teams, and aligning these efforts with overarching IT goals
• Promoting the coordination of global events such as workshops, strategy meetings, or informal team gatherings (e.g., hackathons)
• Management and maintenance of central documentation repositories to ensure easy access to important reference materials

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (data entry, formulas) and PowerPoint (designing executive-level slides and storytelling)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to adapt one's style to different audiences, ranging from technical teams to senior executives
• A high degree of attention to detail, a structured approach to work, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
