Business Manager

Tasks

• Support in the development of the Systematic Max product manual/process portfolio.
• Ensure that product documents are maintained in the product management system and that the documentation and data architecture are complete and up to date.
• Commercial and project-based management for every Systematic Max investment product.
• Processing and responding to commercial and other inquiries using relevant templates in a timely and professional manner.
• Research and propose changes and adjustments to the existing customer due diligence policy.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including the Legal Department, Internal Audit, and Product Management, to ensure that commercial terms and conditions, operational risks, commercial and risk factors, real estate management, underwriting/investment decisions, revenue/financing, and profitability are taken into account.
• Negotiating agreements with contractual partners to ensure that the outcomes and contract terms are commercially reasonable, and assisting with documentation, as appropriate.
• Monitoring reporting data for all clients (including third parties), reviewing their reporting data, and supporting internal reporting processes and business information of interest.
• Managing project and task lists, ensuring deadlines are met, setting schedules, assigning tasks, and efficiently allocating resources.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Search for new ideas and their implementation/execution, with a focus on prioritizing time-sensitive opportunities.
• Creating opportunities for change and fostering new ideas that benefit our institutional clients.
• Use of database and operational tools with data from various sources and promotion of these tools toward automation opportunities.
• Building relationships with business owners for each Systematic Max product and customer.
• Stay in touch and stay informed about changes and priorities for each Systematic Max product and customer.
• Function as a "SIS" (the ISIN) for each Systematic Max product and customer.

Requirements

• Technical skills or familiarity with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
• Experience with structuring investment products (e.g., short positions).
• Familiarity with business, business management, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing target investment transactions or equivalent operational experience.
• A model of excellence and an active learning approach, without the need to define the purpose.
• Proven analytical skills, the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, and the ability to draw appropriate conclusions.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to think clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Comprehensive IT skills.
• A genuine curiosity about how the Systematic business works and how Max Group's sales operations function in general.
