Business Manager (m/f/d)

What you can expect

• Coordination of operational and risk-related technical issues (e.g., the timeliness of risk indicators)
• Support in coordinating regulatory and technical requirements
• Support for process modeling
• Assuming coordination and responsibility within the departments (e.g., ensuring that technical requirements remain up to date)
• You will actively participate in the implementation of key processes
• Promoting the use of collaboration tools, Confluence, Jira, IBO Pronicheus, and optimization initiatives

What you bring with you

• A successfully completed banking or investment fund training program supplemented by specialized further education, such as a degree in banking or business administration. Or a degree in economics.
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in the investment fund industry, with a solid technical background
• Knowledge of process management and, ideally, an understanding of how business processes are visualized using BPMN and/or swimlanes
