Business Manager – Swiss Legal Entity & Local Operations (VP) in Zurich, Switzerland.

Tasks

The most important tasks include:

• Swiss Legal Entity Management: Monitoring governance and regulatory processes to ensure compliance with local requirements.
• Local operational support for sales activities: financial coordination and reporting, project management, and oversight of third-party vendor relationships.
• Team Management: Leading the local support team to ensure high standards of service and operational excellence.

Requirements

The required qualifications, skills, and characteristics include:

• A degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field, with 5–7 years of experience in asset management or as a strategy consultant.
• A strong understanding of the Swiss asset management landscape, including products, distribution, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership experience in small teams, with a hands-on approach to leading, motivating, and developing employees.
• Excellent analytical, financial, and business skills, with experience in preparing and interpreting management information and reports.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), adaptable, service-oriented, and effective at multitasking.
