Business Manager, Vice President - Aladdin

The Business Management Department within the Aladdin COO Office is responsible for managing operational processes, finances, and risks, as well as aligning core processes. This includes workforce planning, budget monitoring, and governance, as well as partnering with senior management to implement and scale strategic business priorities. We are seeking a Vice President, Business Manager, who will report directly to the Head of the Business Management Department. The responsibilities include:- Monitoring of HR-related processes, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, mobility initiatives, and resource optimization
- Support for managing business processes through data analysis and interpretation
- Contribute to decision-making and the implementation of measures related to team structures, reporting lines, deployment, and location strategy
- Partnering with various departments to improve business performance and tackle challenges
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:- 7+ years of relevant experience in the areas of COO, business management, HR, talent acquisition, or financial planning and analysis
- Strong business and financial knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Proven ability to operate in complex, distributed environments—fostering alignment across teams, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring consistent execution without direct oversight of all stakeholders
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
It would be advantageous if the candidate:- Has experience working in or supporting large technology or platform organizations
- has experience with HR management systems (e.g., Workday) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Has experience with financial planning or investment portfolio tools (e.g., TM)
