Business Onboarding Analyst

Responsibilities

• Onboard new applicants and/or clients and ensure their compliance with the new business and contract arrangements.
• Work with the project managers, the trading, legal, and accounting departments to implement integrated business and contract arrangements.
• Assistance in updating trading documentation to ensure that it meets compliance and contractual requirements.
• Complete centralized account and contract information, as well as associated client updates, in record-keeping systems.
• Ensure that FundGate maintains integrity so that all onboarding data and related data between related entities are accurate.
• Work with other internal departments to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with the firm's goals.
• Assist with issue tracking using the system and/or manual processes developed internally by the team.
• Ensure that data accuracy is maintained and reported in a manner consistent with internal and external standards and audit requirements.
