Who we are looking for

We are seeking a Vice President to join our Corporate Audit team who possesses leadership skills in conducting audits. The Corporate Audit team evaluates internal controls over financial and regulatory reporting, compliance with laws and regulations and corporate policies, and the effective risk management of the corporate function.

Tasks

• Development of a risk-oriented audit plan by carrying out detailed risk assessments
• Support in the execution of the risk-oriented audit plan
• Drafting, reviewing, finalizing and communicating audit reports
• Ensure audits meet internal standards and performance metrics
• Preparation of periodic reports for key interest groups
• Participation in business committees and management working groups
• Identification of effective partnerships with key executives
• Promoting effective and sustainable improvements to processes and controls
• Management, coaching and development of employees
• Informing the evolving regulatory environment and interacting with regulators

Education & preferred qualifications

• 10+ years experience in public accounting, internal audit
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting or related field
• Advanced degree or certification (CFA, FRM, CMA, CPA, CIA)
• Experience in auditing IT controls
