Tasks

The duties of the Business Process Excellence Analyst include:

• Process design and documentation: Development of clear, consistent, and scalable documentation of banking processes using structured methods such as BPMN 2.0
• Process improvement: Identifying inefficiencies, manual rework loops, handover delays, and redundant steps through direct observation, stakeholder interviews, and detailed analysis
• Process Data Quality Monitoring and Analysis: Establishing and managing a global process data quality framework; defining rules, metrics, and thresholds for evaluating modeled process fidelity
• Change management and stakeholder engagement: Partnering with business units, IT, compliance, and risk to understand challenges and develop sustainable solutions

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• 7-10 years of experience in business process analysis, operational excellence, or process management in the financial services sector, ideally in private banking or asset management
• Proficiency in BPMN (for modeling complex end-to-end processes) and experience with ARIS for process documentation and management
• Strong analytical mind with practical experience in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and improving data quality (cleaning, validation, error logging)
• Proven success in leading cross-functional process improvements, particularly during major transformations, system implementations, or restructuring
