What you bring to the table

• Several years of professional experience in process management, ideally in the banking sector
• Expertise in the application of GPO tools (e.g., Adonis) and model standards (e.g., BPMN 2.0)
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work, and preferably management experience
• You identify with innovation and digitalization and have an affinity for change management.
• University degrees and certifications with a focus on process management are advantageous.
• Proactivity, strong communication and assertiveness skills, results-oriented approach, ability to work independently, and team spirit are among your strengths.

We offer

This position is subject to the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,597.63 gross per month for full-time employment. Remuneration is based on your individual market opportunities and takes into account your qualifications and experience.
