Business Process Manager (all genders)

BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is seeking a Business Process Manager who will collaborate across departments and promote a process-oriented, customer-focused, and quality-centered mindset. The ideal candidate will have several years of professional experience in process management, expertise in the application of GPO tools, and strong analytical skills.

Tasks

- Close cross-departmental cooperation - Promotion of a process-oriented, customer- and quality-focused mindset across departmental boundaries, as well as active stakeholder management in the role of central interface

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in process management, ideally in the banking sector
  • Expertise in the application of GPO tools (e.g., Adonis) and model standards (e.g., BPMN 2.0)
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work, and management skills are desirable.
  • You identify with innovation and digitalization and have an affinity for change management.
  • University degrees and certifications with a focus on process management are advantageous.
  • Proactivity, strong communication and assertiveness skills, results-oriented approach, ability to work independently, and team spirit are among your strengths.

We offer

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3,597.63 gross per month for full-time employment. Remuneration is based on your individual market and sector-specific qualifications and experience.
