BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is looking for a Business Process Manager who will work closely with specialist departments, IT, and management and promote a process-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience in process management, analytical skills, and an affinity for change management.

Tasks

The position as Business Process Manager includes:
  • Close cooperation with specialist departments, IT, and management
  • Promoting a process-oriented, customer-focused, and quality-centered mindset across departmental boundaries
  • Active stakeholder management in the role as central interface

Requirements

The following qualifications and characteristics are expected for this position:
  • Initial professional experience in process management, ideally in the banking sector or in management consulting
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and experience in collaborating on projects
  • Identification with innovation and digitalization and affinity for change management
  • University degrees and certifications with a focus on process management are advantageous.
  • Initiative, strong communication and assertiveness skills, results-oriented, ability to work independently and team spirit

We offer

The position offers:
  • A minimum gross salary of EUR 3,597.63 per month for full-time employment
  • Remuneration based on current market conditions and your qualifications and experience
