Business Project Manager: Basic Banking 80% - 100% | IT / Business Engineering | Zurich | Experienced professionals with project responsibility

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the management, planning, control and implementation of complex projects taking into account agile principles (SAFe)
• Promoting transparent and open communication within agile teams, AKTS, and with relevant stakeholders
• Organization of tests, acceptance procedures, and go-live activities within the framework of agile release cycles, as well as continuous reporting on project status (e.g., ART syncs, EPIC status meetings)
• Supporting business portfolio management in creating and maintaining the portfolio roadmap and in capacity planning tailored to requirements
• Ensuring cost control and budgeting of the required resources within the framework of strategic investment objectives

Your profile

• University degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field, ideally with further training in project or portfolio management
• Experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams, leadership qualities, and the ability to promote an open and innovative team culture
• Several years of experience in project and program management for technical implementation projects
• Analytical, strategic and networked thinking
• Experience with agile methods (e.g., SAFe) as well as cross-functional collaboration and complex stakeholder management
• Strong numerical skills and confident use of tools such as Excel and other analysis and planning tools
• Strong communication skills in the German language (oral and written)
