Your tasks

• Responsibility for the management, planning, control and implementation of complex projects taking into account agile principles (SAFe)
• Promoting transparent and open communication within agile teams, ARTs and with relevant stakeholders
• Organization of tests, acceptance and go-live activities as part of agile release cycles as well as continuous reporting on the project status (e.g. ART syncs, EPI-C status meetings)
• Supporting business portfolio management in the creation and maintenance of the portfolio roadmap and cross-priority capacity planning
• Ensuring cost control and budgeting of the required resources within the framework of strategic investment objectives

Your profile

• University degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable subject, ideally with further training in project or portfolio management
• Experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams as well as leadership qualities and the ability to promote an open and innovative team culture
• Several years of experience in project and program management
• Analytical, strategic and networked thinking
• Experience with agile methods (e.g. SAFe) as well as cross-departmental collaboration and complex stakeholder management
• Strong comprehension skills and confident use of tools such as Excel and other analysis and planning tools
• Strong communication skills in the German language (oral and written)
