Business Risk & Control Management Specialist (100 %)

Your tasks

• You are responsible for carrying out KYC checks on bankers and other financial service providers on time
• You analyze and process alerts from the bank's payment transaction flows, which maintain accounts with Bank CIC
• You manage the limits required for the business and prepare applications
• You support the administration of the applicable directives, work instructions and processes of the Capital Markets & Banking division and also carry out corresponding control activities
• You work on analyses (e.g. risks, profitability) in connection with the business activities of the division
• You are involved in testing activities for updates/upgrades of the tools and applications used
• You take on projects in the business area as agreed

Requirements

• Commercial training or a degree in business administration
• At least three years of professional experience in the financial sector, preferably in business risk and/or business control management
• Analytical thinking, organizational thinking and precise work
• High motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Team-oriented, reliable and responsible
• Independent and precise work
• Use of MS Office and banking applications (experience in the Avaloq environment is an advantage)
• Good communication skills and knowledge of French and English
