Business Risk Manager – Client Suitability Expert (80–100%) (f/m/d)
The Business Risk Manager – Client Suitability Expert is responsible for supporting the front office on matters related to client deposits and plays a key role in risk assessment and monitoring in this area. The position requires at least three years of experience in private banking and involves tasks such as preparing reports, conducting training sessions, and representing the region in global projects.
Your challenge
As a Business Risk Manager – Client Suitability Expert, we offer you a challenging role in which you will be responsible for the following tasks:- Comprehensive support for the front office regarding customer deposits
- Central point of contact for all tool and process-related questions within the region
- Preparation of monthly monitoring reports at the market and group levels
- Evaluation of the audit results provided by 2LoD, including the identification of patterns and discussion of the results with relevant managers and client advisors
- Defining and implementing training and awareness initiatives related to customer deposits
- Developing and maintaining best-practice guidelines for key areas and sharing insights across teams
- Leading change management activities within the 1LoD for process and tool changes
- Assistance with hiring new front-office staff and managers
- Leading the Suitability Champion meetings and the bimonthly group leader exchange meetings
- Conducting routine monitoring tasks related to customer deposits and holding ACE meetings
- Serve as the liaison officer to GPS (including the Suitability RTO) and compliance monitoring bodies
- Representing the region in global projects and initiatives related to customer prepayments
- Exchange with representatives from other regions to share best practices

Professional and technical skills
- Banking training and/or higher education
