Business Risk Manager – Client Suitability Expert (80–100%) (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Providing comprehensive support to front-office staff regarding customer deposits
• Serving as the central point of contact within the region for all tool- and process-related matters
• Preparation of monthly monitoring reports at the market and group levels
• Review of the audit results provided by 2LoD and discussion of the findings with relevant managers and RM's
• Defining and implementing training and awareness initiatives related to customer deposits
• Developing and maintaining best-practice guidelines in key areas and sharing insights across teams
• Lead change management activities within the 1LoD for process- and tool-related changes
• Assistance with hiring new front-office staff and managers
• Leading the Suitability Champion meetings and the bimonthly group leader exchange meetings
• Conducting routine monitoring tasks related to customer deposits and holding ACE meetings
• Service as a liaison officer to GPS (including the Suitability RTO) and compliance monitoring bodies
• Representing the region in global projects and initiatives related to customer prepayments
• Exchange with representatives from other regions to share best practices

• Banking training and/or higher education
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the private banking sector
• Proficient user of MS Office applications, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
