Business Risk Manager – Client Suitability Expert
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Business Risk Manager to serve as a Client Suitability Expert, who will support front-office staff on client suitability matters and act as the primary point of contact for questions regarding tools and processes. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in private banking and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Business Risk Manager – Client Suitability Expert (80–100%) (f/m/d)Your challenge
* Comprehensive support for front-office staff regarding client numbers * Central point of contact within the region for all tool- and process-related issues * Preparation of monthly control reports at the market and group levels * Evaluation of control results by the 2LoD, discussion of results with relevant managers and RMs * Definition and implementation of training and awareness initiatives regarding client numbers * Developing and maintaining best-practice guidelines in key areas and sharing insights across teams * Leading change management activities within the 1LoD for process- and tool-related changes * Supporting the hiring of new front-office staff and managers * Leading the Suitability Champion meetings and the bi-monthly group leader exchange meetings * Performing recurring control tasks related to client numbers and conducting ACE meetings * Serving as a liaison to GPS (including the Suitability RTO) and compliance control units * Representing the region in global projects and initiatives related to client numbers * Engaging with representatives from other regions to share best practicesYour profile
