Business Risk Manager – Client Suitability Expert (80–100%) (f/m/d)Your challenge
Your responsibilities include:- Comprehensive support for the front office regarding customer deposits
- Central point of contact for all tool- and process-related matters within the region
- Preparation of monthly monitoring reports at the market and group levels
- Evaluation of the audit results provided by 2LoD, including the identification of patterns and discussion of the results with relevant managers and RMs
- Defining and implementing training and awareness initiatives related to customer deposits
- Developing and maintaining best-practice guidelines on key topics and sharing insights across teams
- Lead change management activities within the 1LoD for process- and tool-related changes
- Support with the onboarding of new front-office employees and managers
- Leading the Suitability Champion meetings and the bimonthly group leader exchange meetings
- Conducting routine monitoring tasks related to customer deposits and holding ACE meetings
- Serves as the liaison officer to GPS (including the Suitability RTO) and conducts compliance checks
- Representing the region in global projects and initiatives related to customer prepayments
- Exchange with representatives from other regions to share best practices
