Business Risk Manager – Client Suitability Expert (80–100%) (f/m/d)

Your challenge

Your responsibilities include:
  • Comprehensive support for the front office regarding customer deposits
  • Central point of contact for all tool- and process-related matters within the region
  • Preparation of monthly monitoring reports at the market and group levels
  • Evaluation of the audit results provided by 2LoD, including the identification of patterns and discussion of the results with relevant managers and RMs
  • Defining and implementing training and awareness initiatives related to customer deposits
  • Developing and maintaining best-practice guidelines on key topics and sharing insights across teams
  • Lead change management activities within the 1LoD for process- and tool-related changes
  • Support with the onboarding of new front-office employees and managers
  • Leading the Suitability Champion meetings and the bimonthly group leader exchange meetings
  • Conducting routine monitoring tasks related to customer deposits and holding ACE meetings
  • Serves as the liaison officer to GPS (including the Suitability RTO) and conducts compliance checks
  • Representing the region in global projects and initiatives related to customer prepayments
  • Exchange with representatives from other regions to share best practices

  • In-depth knowledge of processes, tools, and framework conditions related to customer prepayments and general risk management
