Business Risk Manager – Global Products & Solutions (GPS) 80%–100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Assisting with the management of non-financial risks, risk frameworks, and audit-related matters within the GPS department
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks, track incidents, and contribute to timely and sustainable solutions
• Management of audit-related activities, including coordination with internal audit teams, resolution of audit findings, and implementation of audit recommendations

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher education, preferably in banking and finance, business administration, or law
• Additional training in financial markets and risk management is a significant advantage (e.g., FRM, CRM, CFA)
• Relevant industry experience: 5–7 years of professional experience in the banking industry, with a focus on risk management, compliance, financial markets, or consulting services
• Comprehensive knowledge of trading and execution processes is required; expertise in product governance and best execution is a plus
• Strong familiarity with the operational processes involved in the creation and distribution of structured products as well as traditional and alternative funds
• Extensive knowledge of compliance, risk management, and auditing principles
• A solid understanding of banking operations, financial products, and processes related to advisory services, trading, sales, and execution
• A solid understanding of and strong interest in risk-related topics, such as operational risks, fraud, and suitability
• A good overview of products and investment systems/processes in the context of global private banking
• Ability to conduct in-depth data analysis, perform gap assessments, and present potential solutions
