Business Risk Manager – Global Products & Solutions (GPS) 100% (m/f/d) - Temporary 6-12 months

Tasks

• Development and implementation of risk frameworks and processes within the GPS Division
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks, track incidents, and contribute to timely and sustainable resolution
• Managing audit-related activities, including coordinating with internal audit teams, ensuring audit findings are resolved, and implementing audit recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in banking & finance, business administration, or law
• Further training in financial markets and risk is a strong plus (e.g. FRM, CRM, CFA)
• Relevant industry experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in the banking industry, with a focus on risk, compliance, financial markets, or consulting services
• Front-to-back knowledge of trading and execution processes is required; product governance and best execution knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong affinity for the operational processes involved in the creation and distribution of structured products and traditional and alternative funds
• Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and audit principles
• Solid understanding of banking, financial products and processes related to advisory, trading, sales and execution
• Good understanding of and strong interest in risk-related topics, such as operational risks, fraud, sustainability
• Good understanding of products and investment systems/processes in the global private banking context
• Ability to perform in-depth data analysis, gap assessments, and solution options
• Data retrieval and/or programming experience is a plus, e.g., SQL, Python
• Diligent, precise, and dependable character
