- Experience:
- Ideally experience as a business risk manager (first line of defense) or in the compliance area in banks and/or financial service providers
- Alternatively, experience in loan processing with a willingness to familiarize yourself with the compliance area
- Specialist knowledge:
- Financial, legal or business management training with relevant professional experience
- Personality:
- Reliable and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills
- Risk awareness
- Language skills:
- Very good knowledge of German and English
