Tasks

• Highly involved in control documentation, execution and correction (control framework), including the provision of training
• Control execution focuses mainly (but not exclusively) on topics such as best execution, suitability, broker due diligence, valuations and front running
• Manage small projects, process improvements, audit preparation and execution in a constantly changing environment
• Participate in our governance, prepare and distribute materials, document our discussions and track the completion of action items
• Responsible for trade execution processes and related governance, and act as subject matter expert for SFA on trade execution matters

Requirements

• Process/product knowledge: You are familiar with banking processes and products; you have worked in a trade execution or other operational role
• Experience with automation, process improvement and coding or macro knowledge; especially with Excel (macros/PowerShell) and/or Python
• Fluent in English, and outstanding communication/stakeholder management skills. German language skills are also an advantage.
• Highly organized, with exceptional time management skills and project management skills
• Not afraid to delve into minute details to document, execute, substantiate and communicate findings in a constructive and friendly manner with outstanding stakeholder management skills;
• Highly motivated and fascinated by systematically learning new SFA processes in detail, identifying risks, assessing the extent and documenting and communicating their own findings to others.
