Tasks

• Optimize processes: You will independently recognize potential for improvement and contribute to the further development of customer-oriented and efficient processes.
• Follow regulatory developments: You always keep your finger on the pulse and implement regulatory innovations in close cooperation with your team colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience: You have already worked as a business risk manager (first line of defense) or in the compliance area in the banking and finance sector. Alternatively, you may have gained experience as a client advisor and be interested in further training in the compliance area.
• Specialist knowledge: Financial, legal or business management training with relevant professional experience and/or a federally recognized diploma (compliance certification). Diplôme (compliance certification) characterize you.
• Regulatory knowledge: You are familiar with the regulatory environment and have experience in dealing with regulatory requirements.
