Job description

The position of Business Services M&A Associate, Investment Banking (London, UK) offers the opportunity to be involved in all phases of the transaction lifecycle, from initiation to execution, while gaining hands-on experience in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. The role involves significant interaction with clients and investors, including the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda, and valuation materials, as well as detailed financial analyses. In addition, you will play an active role in business development, support deal origination efforts, and contribute to the team’s continued growth and expertise.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience
• ACA Certification
• Previous experience participating in multiple M&A transactions, ideally from start to finish
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
