Job description
The Business Services M&A Associate works in the Investment Banking division (London, UK) and is involved throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from origination to execution. This offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. The role involves significant interaction with clients and investors, including the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda, and valuation materials, as well as detailed financial analyses. In addition, the Associate will play an active role in business development initiatives, support origination efforts, and contribute to the team’s continued growth and expertise.Requirements
The requirements for this position are:- 3–4 years of professional experience
- ACA Certification
- Previous experience participating in multiple M&A transactions, ideally from start to finish
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
