Job description

The position of Business Services M&A Associate, Investment Banking (London, UK) involves participation in the entire transaction lifecycle, from origination to execution, with hands-on experience in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.

Tasks

The position includes:

• Substantial interaction with clients and investors, including the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda, and valuation materials, as well as detailed financial analyses
• Actively contributing to business development initiatives, supporting new business efforts, and contributing to the team’s continued growth and expertise

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• 3–4 years of professional experience
• ACA Certification
• Previous experience participating in multiple M&A transactions, ideally from start to finish
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
