Business Services M&A Associate, Investment Banking (London, UK)
Alantra is seeking a Business Services M&A Associate for its investment banking team in London, where the candidate will be involved in the entire transaction lifecycle and gain experience in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of professional experience, an ACA qualification, and experience in M&A transactions.
Tasks
You will be involved throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from origination to execution, gaining hands-on experience in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. The role involves significant interaction with clients and investors, including the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda, and valuation materials, as well as detailed financial analyses. In addition, you will play an active role in business development, support origination efforts, and contribute to the team’s continued growth and expertise.Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience
- ACA Certification
- Previous experience participating in multiple M&A transactions, ideally from start to finish
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
