Job description

You will be involved throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from origination to execution, gaining hands-on experience in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment. The role involves significant interaction with clients and investors, including the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda, and valuation materials, as well as detailed financial analysis. In addition, you will play an active role in business development initiatives, supporting origination efforts and contributing to the team’s continued growth and expertise.

Tasks

• Preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda, and valuation materials
• Detailed financial analysis
• Business development initiatives, supporting new business development efforts, and contributing to the team’s continued growth and expertise

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience
• ACA Certification
• Previous experience participating in multiple M&A transactions, ideally from start to finish
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
