Job description

Tasks

• As the person responsible for the main Finnova application, you ensure its availability, maintenance and further development.
• Management of accounts and cards, prévoyance, mortgages and real estate, credit and investments.
• Incident and change management (ITIL) and operational resilience planning as well as support for application managers.
• Control of application management processes, budgets, licenses and audits.
• Planning of releases for Finnova and other banking applications and validation of commissioning after successful tests.
• Active participation in strategic projects in the area of application.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, obtained in Switzerland.
• At least 3 years of experience in the administration of banking applications, ideally with Finnova.
• Excellent coordination, incident management and change management skills.
• Familiarity with tracking tools (JIRA, dashboards, KPI).
• Good communication skills, analytical mind and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in German in a professional context (at least B2 level).
