BCN is looking for a Business Specialist for Banking Applications (100%) who will be responsible for the monitoring, performance and further development of banking applications, in particular Finnova. The main tasks include ensuring the availability, maintenance and further development of the application as well as supporting other teams.
Job description
Tasks
- As the person responsible for the main Finnova application, you ensure its availability, maintenance and further development.
- Management of accounts and cards, prévoyance, mortgages and real estate, credit and investments.
- Incident and change management (ITIL) and operational resilience planning as well as support for application managers.
- Control of application management processes, budgets, licenses and audits.
- Planning of releases for Finnova and other banking applications and validation of commissioning after successful tests.
- Active participation in strategic projects in the area of application.
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, obtained in Switzerland.
- At least 3 years of experience in the administration of banking applications, ideally with Finnova.
- Excellent coordination, incident management and change management skills.
- Familiarity with tracking tools (JIRA, dashboards, KPI).
- Good communication skills, analytical mind and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in German in a professional context (at least B2 level).
