Business Strategist

Your role

Do you have a strategic mindset that allows you to engage with senior stakeholders? Do you have strong problem-solving skills and do you enjoy bringing structure to complex situations, engaging with a variety of perspectives and stakeholders to find common solutions? Are you good at communicating complex business challenges in a constructive and accessible way? We are looking for someone who:

• wishes to work with the respective business units to advance the development of the GWM strategy at the global, cross-border, cross-channel, and product-specific levels
• wishes to support the decision-making process of our internal business partners at the senior management level
• wants to conduct industry, competitive, and benchmarking analyses
• wants to develop operational models and perform business and financial modeling

Your team

You will work in the Chief Strategy Office, a team of highly motivated professionals with diverse international backgrounds. We drive cross-functional projects and business strategies and are looking for someone who is eager to collaborate with our team.

Your expertise

• an education at a top university, preferably in a quantitative field
• 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably with a focus on financial services
• strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• an entrepreneurial spirit capable of working independently
• independent thinking (constructively challenging the status quo) combined with the ability to collaborate with others and make an impact in a team setting
• Well-developed strategic thinking skills, combined with a commercial, market-oriented mindset and a strong understanding of business
• Proven ability to independently deliver projects from conception through implementation, including stakeholder management, disciplined organization, and the development of the project’s vision, structure, and narrative
• Experience in the banking industry (preferably in investment banking and/or wealth management)
• a high level of energy, initiative, discipline, tenacity, and self-motivation
• the highest level of integrity and professionalism
• You are curious to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can improve business processes, risk standards, and ethical use
