Business Strategist

Your role

Do you have a strategic mindset that allows you to engage with senior stakeholders? Do you have strong problem-solving skills and do you enjoy bringing structure to complex situations, engaging with a variety of perspectives and stakeholders to find common solutions? Are you good at communicating complex business challenges in a constructive and accessible way? We are looking for someone who:

• wishes to drive the development of the GWM strategy at the global, cross-country, cross-channel, and product-specific levels, in collaboration with the respective business units
• wishes to support the decision-making process of our internal business partners at the senior management level

Your team

You will work in the Chief Strategy Office, our diverse international team that drives cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Your expertise

• 1–4 years of professional experience in strategy or a related field, preferably with a focus on financial services
• strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset capable of working cross-functionally on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• independent thinking (constructive challenger)
• well-developed strategic thinking skills
• A proven track record of independent vision, structure, and storytelling
• A high level of energy, initiative, discretion, and professional influence in a team setting
