Your role

We are seeking a business strategist for the following tasks:

• Developing and implementing business strategies that align with GWM's goals and the Group's AI vision to promote growth and profitability.
• Leading the development and implementation of strategic roadmaps, ensuring robust conditions for project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Using data and analytics to make informed decisions, leveraging insights from APAC and global competitive landscapes to evaluate performance.
• Establishment and management of strategic partnerships, including direct collaboration with external fintechs and internal business units to accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
• Promoting cross-functional collaboration, working across multiple locations and cultures, managing a diverse group of stakeholders (e.g., business, risk, and senior management).

Your expertise

• At least 7 years of experience as a business strategist
• Cross-cultural experience and experience in risk functions
• Proven ability to establish and manage
• Proven knowledge and experience
• Strong partnership skills, including
• Experience in the design and implementation of
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and at least one other language
