UBS is looking for a business strategist for its Global Wealth Management team in Zurich to drive digital transformation and AI integration. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, leading projects, and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Your role
Are you passionate about shaping the future of wealth management through digital transformation and AI? Do you see yourself as an integral part of implementing strategic projects and contributing to the global roadmap for digital transformation and AI in Global Wealth Management (GWM)?
We are looking for a business strategist who:
- Develops and implements corporate strategies that align with GWM's objectives and the Group's AI vision to promote growth and profitability.
- The development and implementation of strategic roadmaps guides and ensures that robust framework conditions are in place for project implementation and stakeholder alignment.
- Data and analytics used to inform decisions and leverage insights from the Asia-Pacific and global competitive landscapes to evaluate performance.
- Builds and manages strategic partnerships, including direct collaboration with external FinTechs and internal business units, to accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
- Promotes cross-functional collaboration by working across multiple locations and cultures and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders (e.g., business, risk, and senior management).
Your team
You will work in the Digital Transformation Team. The Digital Transformation Team is the central team for transformation management, AI implementation, and change management.
Your expertise
- At least 7 years of experience as a business strategist
- Cross-cultural experience and experience in risk functions
- Proven ability to establish and manage
- Proven knowledge and experience
- Strong partnership experience, including experience in design and implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and at least one other language
