Business Strategy

Your role

Do you have a strategic mindset that allows you to engage with senior stakeholders? Do you have strong problem-solving skills and enjoy bringing structure to complex situations, engaging with a variety of perspectives and stakeholders to find common solutions? Are you good at communicating complex business challenges in a constructive and accessible way? We are looking for someone who:

• wishes to work with the respective business units to advance the development of the GWM strategy at the global, cross-border, cross-channel, and product-specific levels
• wishes to support the decision-making process of our internal business partners at the senior management level
• wants to conduct industry, competitive, and benchmark analyses
• wants to design business models and processes for specific markets and business units
• wants to coordinate and review business plans, including financial modeling
• wishes to develop implementation plans for strategic initiatives
• wants to drive M&A projects forward from a strategic perspective (rationale, financial feasibility, due diligence, etc.)

Your expertise

• 1–4 years of professional experience in the financial services sector
• strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• an entrepreneurial mindset capable of working effectively across functions in a diverse environment on multiple projects
• independent thinking (constructive challenge)
• well-developed strategic thinking
• a proven track record of success in terms of independence, vision, structure, and storytelling
• high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and discipline
• the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
