Business Support Coordinator
The Business Support Coordinator provides administrative support for all areas of Julius Baer and acts as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The position requires excellent communication skills and a high degree of organizational talent.
Job description
Business Support CoordinatorTasks
- Answering and forwarding calls or recording messages.
- Organize cabs, send confirmations and record data.
- Keep a register of visitors and issue day passes for visitors.
- Ensure that internal clients (all Julius Baer employees) receive a high level of service.
Business Management
- Organize and coordinate events (training, corporate events, networking), including communication with hosts, negotiations, catering and invitation management.
- Help with the organization of travel, transport and accommodation.
- Arrange training events for the branch and consult with external training providers.
- Administrative support for the company as required.
Requirements
- Ideal: 2 years + relevant experience in a similar role.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to work.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
