In P&C Operations, we are experts in how the company operates and drives change to ensure future-oriented solutions and an excellent customer experience. Payment Service Operations aims to ensure operational stability and implement payment solutions for UBS clients for the future with 100% STP.

Tasks

• Performing end-to-end acceptance testing, including defect management and tracking.
• Creation of acceptance test scenarios and cases for new releases in accordance with the release scope.
• Close coordination with functional experts and analysts to understand requirements and scenarios for testing.
• Creation of test data for use cases (new contracts, business relationships, and accounts).

Your team

You will work within Global Payment Service Operations from both a customer and business perspective and provide acceptance for internal UBS stakeholders. The team is based in Opfikon.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German.
• Over 3 years of experience in testing, test analysis, and defect management.
• Expertise in payments, especially STP.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to.
• Project and process management.
• Proactive, with a growth mindset and.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
