Call Center Agent (Prepaid) - All Genders (80-100%)
Cembra is looking for a Call Agent Vorkassno (80–100%) to work in a hybrid model who has completed business training, is fluent in German and French, and enjoys interacting with customers over the phone.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably in a business-related field or in a comparable role.
- You communicate fluently in German and French. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Enjoyment of customer contact over the phone, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills and a high degree of empathy.
- You have an interest in technology and are eager to learn.
- Reliable, resilient, and a team player.
