CANDIDATE SUPPORT FOR THE BRANCH NETWORK

mission

• Support the implementation and improvement of the initiative to strengthen the Société Générale Banque network in Istanbul (organization, engineering, monitoring and management, upstream and downstream).
• Contribute to the onboarding of new candidates on behalf of Société Générale Banque in Istanbul, as well as to the effective and efficient provision of the necessary support services.
• Provide daily support to candidates by assisting with and monitoring their placement in branches, and by offering guidance and coaching throughout the entire period.
• Prepare and oversee the onboarding of new hires at the agencies in the Istanbul network.
• Ensure that new recruits adhere to, comply with, and understand SG's rules and guidelines.
• Promote better organizational and cultural integration.
• Make and implement strategic decisions to accelerate the rollout of the Istanbul network and the onboarding of candidates, thereby attracting innovative, results-oriented talent that adds significant value to our bank and our clients.
• Providing day-to-day support to candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all legal provisions of the host country where deployments take place.
• Coordinate and oversee the placement and onboarding of candidates at SG Istanbul’s agencies.
• Reassure the candidates and explain SG's guidelines to them.
• Ensure the consistency and monitoring of production and provide feedback in coordination with the Support and Integration Department, and assist you in tracking staff deployment.
