Job description

Care Manager (C/h/f/x) 80-100% for the Northern Vaudois region, as part of the Care Management Service in the Prévoyance et Assurances de Personnes (PAP) department.

Tasks

• Making courtesy visits in the area of loss of earnings due to illness
• Negotiate to bring the parties to adopt a consensual solution in order to enable a rapid return to the labor market in cases where the absence is related to the job position.
• Contact the various parties involved (employer, unemployment office, disability insurance, etc.) and coordinate actions to achieve a triple win (employer, employee, insurer).
• Negotiate with lawyers, unions, and/or insurers

Requirements

• Legal training or federal insurance certificate
• Proven professional experience in the field of personal insurance is desirable.
• Ideally, experience in labor law and/or mediation
• Perfect command of spoken and written French (German is an asset) and proficiency in standard computer tools (MS Office)
